What data we collect and why

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

• Calendly — scheduling (processes name, email). Their privacy policy
• Telegram — messaging (processes username, messages). Their privacy policy
• Vercel — website hosting and analytics (processes anonymised page views, button clicks, referrers, device info; no cookies). Their privacy policy
• Microsoft Clarity — behaviour analytics (processes mouse movements, clicks, scroll depth, session recordings; uses cookies). Their privacy policy

How long we keep your data

• Consultation booking data: 12 months after the call, then deleted
• Mentorship client data: duration of the programme + 6 years (legal/tax obligations)
• Telegram messages: until you delete them or ask us to
• Server logs: 30 days

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Rectify inaccurate data
• Erase your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Restrict processing
• Data portability
• Object to processing

International transfers

Your data may be processed outside the UK by our third-party services (e.g. Calendly, Vercel). These transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the website sabirzanoff.com and any services provided by SABIRZANOFF LTD, including software development consultations and the mentorship programme. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Mentorship programme

• The two-week mentorship sprint costs $499 (or the equivalent in your currency at the time of payment).
• Payment is due before the programme starts.
• The programme includes 6 live sessions, async support via Telegram, and access to the mentee chat group.
• You are responsible for providing your own computer and internet connection.
• We do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Results depend on your effort and circumstances.

3. Right to cancel (cooling-off period)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason.

• To cancel, email sabircansky@gmail.com with your name, date of purchase, and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.
• If you cancel before the programme starts, you will receive a full refund within 14 days.
• If you cancel after the programme has started (and within the 14-day cooling-off period), we will refund you on a pro-rata basis for sessions not yet delivered.
• If you explicitly request that the programme starts within the 14-day cooling-off period and later cancel, you agree to pay for any sessions already delivered.

4. Refunds outside the cooling-off period

After the 14-day cooling-off period, refunds are at our discretion. If you are unable to continue due to exceptional circumstances, contact us and we will work with you to find a solution (e.g. rescheduling, credit toward a future cohort).

5. Software development services

For custom software development projects, terms are agreed individually per engagement. A separate statement of work will govern scope, timeline, deliverables, and payment.

6. Intellectual property

• Tools you build during the mentorship programme are yours.
• Course materials, frameworks, and templates remain the intellectual property of SABIRZANOFF LTD.
• Demos shown on this website are built for clients and shown with permission. They remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SABIRZANOFF LTD's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
